MsDenisa Ramona Asandei

Denisa Asandei is a Clinical Operations Manager, supporting clinical research across the RCSI Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Rotunda Hospital. She oversees the coordination and management of clinical trials and studies from start-up through to close-out, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and institutional SOPs. Her responsibilities include protocol implementation, site training, safety reporting, quality control, data management and regulatory inspection readiness. She works closely with investigators, sponsor teams, and multidisciplinary stakeholders across multiple maternity sites to support the delivery of high-quality research and continuous improvement in clinical operations.
