RESEARCH OVERVIEW
Dr Kennedy’s research sits at the intersection of organisational behaviour, human resource management, workplace learning and healthcare management. She examines how healthcare professionals recognise knowledge gaps, seek expertise, share tacit knowledge and learn with and from colleagues, particularly when asking for help or disclosing uncertainty involves relational or reputational risk. Her wider research interests include trust and distrust, felt trust, workplace vulnerability, knowledge seeking, social capital, employee wellbeing, burnout, remote and digital work.
