IMPACT AND ENGAGEMENT OVERVIEW
Education Impact
I introduced inter-professional learning into Academic Programmes in Surgical Affairs through designing simulated ward rounds collaborating with Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Nursing to facilitate healthcare professionals learning with, from and about each other and to foster pre-clinical relationships and promote subsequent inter-professional clinical working.
I have designed, delivered and reformed curricula for doctors at Masters Level for 3 postgraduate surgical and medical education programmes.
I have designed and will run the first micro-credential in the department of surgical affairs.
I am currently working on standardising the assessment rubrics, moderation policies and conference sheets across all academic programmes in the department.
