Colin's work has directly influenced medicines governance practice across elite sport, supporting organisations in Premier League football, professional rugby, elite cycling, and Olympic programmes to implement structured approaches to medicines management and anti-doping compliance.

Through MedsOnTrack, he contributes to the development of scalable governance infrastructure for sport. His design of the first EU and UK Sports Pharmacy module at RCSI has begun to establish sports pharmacy as a recognised discipline within health professions education.
