RESEARCH OVERVIEW
Stephen has a diverse research interests as evidenced by his publication history. He applies his expertise to many different reseach areas. This includes the use of multivariate statistics in the analysis of genomic and transcriptomic data particularly in the areas of cancer biology and therapeutics; Data integration, biostatistics and survival analysis; Next generation sequencing analysis; Chromosomal copy number variation analysis; Proteomic analysis; Programming and scripting in PERL, R, UNIX and C.
