In my role as Head of Research Programmes, I support the strategic development of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology working alongside Prof Fergal Malone, RCSI Chairman of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and former Master of The Rotunda Hospital.

My primary focus is to both maintain and enhance the profile and reputation of clinical research in obstetrics and gynaecology performed at the University by stimulating and supporting participation in appropriate regulated interventional clinical trials and non-regulated clinical research studies, pursuing high risk high reward research grants, and engaging with industry and government departments.
