IMPACT AND ENGAGEMENT OVERVIEW

My work demonstrates impact across research, education, and institutional leadership. In research, I have made advancements in the field of endocrine-related cancer biology, contributing to scientific discovery, translational application, and industry engagement. In education, I have led innovations that have reshaped curriculum delivery, assessment practices, and student engagement at scale.
 
These initiatives have had measurable effects on learner outcomes, including improved confidence, competence, and professional identity formation, and are being disseminated through scholarly outputs. At an institutional level, I have contributed to governance, quality enhancement, and internationalisation, including leadership of global postgraduate partnerships such as the RCSI–Soochow Masters programme.
 
Collectively, my work creates a cohesive impact by linking scientific discovery to educational practice and by shaping programmes that prepare graduates to meet evolving healthcare challenges.
