RESEARCH OVERVIEW

Pauline’s research focuses on developing scalable, evidence-based interventions that improve women’s health across the life course. Through her involvement in European and national research initiatives, she works to translate research evidence into innovative strategies for behaviour change, chronic disease prevention, and improved health outcomes. Her research interests include postpartum prevention of chronic diseases following gestational diabetes, obesity and reproductive health, infertility, and the role of nutrition in promoting long-term maternal health. She is particularly interested in leveraging digital technologies and artificial intelligence to support healthier and more sustainable food choices at the household level, and in exploring how these approaches can contribute to improved health outcomes and sustainable behaviour change.
